Hoo boy, another piece of Chinese junk!
In this age of COVID-19, sharing a computer is a risky affair. Thus, using someone else's mouse is a no-no. I quickly became acquainted with wireless mice from various manufacturers. This mouse was not quite DOA - it failed within two minutes on its first charge cycle. The blue light indicating charge flickered, then went out. A post-mortem indicated a dead short in the pack.
