General/tldr: This is definitely what you would expect from a duvet cover at this price point. If you plan to use it for normal use I wouldn't recommend it, but if you're weird like me and sleep on a blanket to make it easier to "make your bed" then go for it. Wash gently and avoid tumble drying. There are no drawstrings in your comforter. If you really want kawaii at this price point I really recommend you check out the strawberry finish instead, it's much softer with a similar color palette. Read the detailed review below. It's not that soft. Like other cheap duvet covers I've bought but still soft enough not to bother my sensory issue and I can sleep with them. The pillowcases are different sizes, one fits a standard size pillow and the other fits half that size, not a problem for me but probably will for others. There are a few stitch quality issues so I highly recommend using the gentlest wash cycles you have and hanging dry rather than tumble drying. There are obvious printing issues but only on one side of the quilt - you can see the faint outline of the print on the other side, at first I thought it was just faint and I saw the design through the quilt but it is actually printed the way it is the. . You can't see it from across the room, but if you stand directly above it, it's clear. Right, only in a few places. The blanket has no ropes to tie. It comes with a flat sheet which is quite scratchy even after a couple of washes which I won't use as it feels like a starched cheap shirt but it doesn't seem to be damaged easily and holds up well to normal washing. .
