We bought these because we wanted to freeze food ahead of time. Works well, although I'm sure the freezer might burn a bit if we leave it for a few months as planned, but that's not the pans fault. We could wrap some foil or plastic wrap. The biggest problem we had was that we wanted to stack them on top of each other, we couldn't stack them on top of each other, more than a few, stack them in opposite directions. I don't know if I can really blame pans as they aren't designed for that. That price is indicative of basic storage, not the long-term run time my husband is aiming for. Folded in no more than 2-3 high opposite directions for easy storage, they work great. They aren't very durable but then again at this price point you can't expect much and they definitely live up to that.
