I buy bulk meat from COSTCO. This is the ideal size for freezing 1 or 2 servings and indicate the weight on the package. Then I throw in gallon freezer bags to keep up if I need to buy again. I love a pre-cooked and drained ground hamburger so it's easy to grab a bag and thaw.
