Nice bag but the velcro straps to attach the bag to the rack are too short! They argue over whether to return them or break the sewing machine to fix their short-sighted design. Apparently someone in accounting has complained about using too many Velcro straps but never thought about it from a customer perspective. What a stupid place to try and make a dime or two. These bags seem to be well made and I love their design. Now if only I could install them on my bike. The straps are long enough to barely line up with the Velcro straps when the bag is shrinking to pack, but they can't be stretched on the rack. Such a shame.
