Changed view to 4/5. The product does what it says on the tin and helps polish rough calluses. But it's bloody expensive for sandpaper on a metal rod. But then again, I bought it, didn't I? I have pretty calloused hands from a flying trapeze and this helps support them. I like hand oil, not sure if it really helps, but it definitely can't hurt. Customer service 10/10, first of all I received a broken block with no sandpaper. I contacted the company and they sent me 2 replacements, with a new hand oil and an additional full size hand oil! Excellent customer service! I guess I wish it was different, it would be nice to have a few different grits as sandpaper grit is on the rough side. Original post: What the hell! My item arrived fully sealed but when I opened it it was just a board, no sandpaper was included! That's ridiculous! What a scam
