Review on Tier Expandable Cabinet Spice Organizer by Randy Butler

We just bought a house that didn't have a cabinet above or even next to the stove to store my fairly healthy stock of assorted cooking oils and vinegars (much less spices, but I already have a handmade one spice cabinet which we hung next to it, it just doesn't have space between the shelves for oil and vinegar bottles). So I started putting them on the counter next to the stove. However, water from a nearby sink stopped there and mold started to grow rather quickly thanks to our southern humidity. So I started cleaning under all those bottles every day, which was a chore, let me tell you. Then I found this. It traps many bottles by lifting them off the counter, allowing for proper airflow that stops mold growth. This made cleaning easier as I simply pulled out the entire shelf, wiped it down and put it back in place. It looks a lot neater than the bottles on the countertop. This is a very strong metal that won't bend under the weight of glass bottles, and there are a lot of them. The delivery was quick too. I will recommend it to friends and family and I will buy it again if I find I need another.
