Decent quality, bad craftsmanship in the seweing. Pattern does not line up on the neckline.
Neckline as sewn wrong, crooked. There is a break in the neck line in the center where the red from the printed coat stops in the center and then the "skin" part of the neckline goes from there to the shoulder.
