I upgraded my venerable Zippo with a Sparkr arc lighter insert. The module charges in minutes, fits perfectly in a Zippo case and works like clockwork. This arc lighter eliminates all those pesky problems everyone has with Zippos - you won't run out of fluid, you won't have to constantly fiddle with the wick position, you won't have lighter fluid leaks and skin irritation. This arc lighter works well even in strong wind, better than liquid lighter. The smart feature is a tiny safety switch that ensures the lighter only ignites when the Sparkr is inserted into the Zippo case. This switch prevents unpleasant surprises - the plasma arc is hotter than the flame. All in all a great purchase, good value for money, well done and very useful upgrade - very satisfied. So far I haven't had to charge it. I will be buying another one for a friend to upgrade his beloved lighter.
