The legs are very flimsy and the clips holding the sign won't stay in place until they're closed so try two hands and try at the same time set up with the three thin legs and two clips! It can be done, but it's a pain. I think it's overpriced for what you get. And the slightest movement makes him fall. So if you're at a dealer show, like I usually am, it's not very convenient. Also, the black clips interfere with the underside of my shield - I'd prefer something that doesn't cover any part of your shield, like a rail.
