Review on 🦶 Targeted Relief for Foot and Ankle Pain: Adjustable Foot Compression Sock with Elasticated Wrap by Miguel Yurco

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I have worn this semi-folded compression sleeve on my leg while cycling and walking - works well

I bought this compression sleeve because I had bony pain on the top of my foot due to an old injury. It started to hurt when I cycled or walked a distance. I didn't need ankle support, so instead of pulling the compression sleeve up over my ankle, I pulled the compression sleeve up to the top of my foot and then folded it back in half so I was wearing a double-thickness compression sock. Tarsal and metatarsal bones in the middle of the foot. This worked well and I was able to adjust the compression sleeve to fit the sandals I normally wear (they're about half a size too big for me anyway because I bought the sandals half size, so I assembled them). As stated in the product description, I never needed an extra bandage, the compression sleeve itself was enough support. It has reduced the pain very well and has allowed me to walk and cycle with less pain. In fact, I no longer use compression sleeves because I started taking calcium supplements and within a few months of taking calcium my foot stopped hurting at the site of the old injury! However, I would recommend these compression stockings for foot support. The fabric is great. I bought this brand because I wanted to try bamboo fabric and I couldn't tell if the fabric was bamboo or not but it was great. The gray color is a little slow, but on the other hand, it's convenient because you can wear gray with both black and white shoes, so you have less shopping.
