It's hard to believe anyone could ruin cotton face pads - these Cliganic face pads are nothing premium. . . but this company found a way to do it.1. In the 1st photo, this is what the face pad looks like when it comes out of the case. Note that the layers are "separated". So to use the pillow you need to assemble it like a sandwich.2. In the 2nd picture you can see that the upholstery is not woven, compressed or anything like that on top - no wonder the two layers have separated. This is what it looks like "inside" of the face cushion. Just a cotton ball so you can forget about this pad absorbing everything! Bottom line - it can't be any cheaper, so don't waste your money.
