This is great value for money and I was planning to use it on my upcoming bike ride with my son and grandchildren. I have camped at REI Base Camp on previous trips that have been quite satisfactory but have wished for more space than Base Camp 6. Needed quick ascent and descent times as campground moved every day, rain and wind protection with winds in excess of 20mph and good ventilation in hot weather. I've been on this annual trip before when it rained heavily with winds in excess of 30mph and temperatures were typically in the 90's. Such a difficult combination. Having set it up in the backyard for a few days to test the setup along with the rain cover and just finished 5 days of cycling with winds over 20mph, +90 degrees and rain, it held up. I had two full doors for ventilation, double vestibules and easy installation. For my personal needs I will always want front and rear ventilation doors with rain covers. Could have spent a lot more at REI but was very happy with this tented event if it was more expensive. The only thing that could have been a little better was the prices, which I increased.
