My family stayed 7 nights in Southeast Utah at 6000ft in May/June. We had a lot of rain and wind and the tent held up strong. Temperatures ranged from the mid 30s to the upper 80s. Not a drop of water in it. Winds between 30 and 40 miles per hour also had no effect. I always felt safe in bad weather. As with any tent, I recommend buying actual tent pegs. We ordered this tent for a trip from the Midwest to the California/Oregon coast. This tent is rock solid. At first I only docked the star because there are no viewing windows for possible dangers and for ventilation and the "antechambers" created by the rainfly are too small. I know the main concern for the designers was rain protection and that's why the above issues exist (on purpose) but it's still an issue. This review is based solely on setting up the tent in my large room, so it has not been field tested. Tent (easy to set up), can withstand rain, can stand, has enough floor space.
