Review on 🚲 FIDLOCK Twist Bottle 600 Set - Cage-Free Magnetic Bike Water Bottle Holder with Attached Bottle by Paul Letho

I bought this as it looked like a nice solution to my limitations of installing a cage on my Santa Cruz 5010. I received the bottle and mount, installed it, and then went all the way through multiple jumps and a single track. Everything went well, and after reading other reviews, I always installed the bottle in the holder and checked its reliability. Fast forward to today and the bottle fell off the holder. Some bear in the woods is probably chewing on a bottle I lost along the way, and now I'm left with a $40 hole in my wallet without a water bottle. It's a cool trick, but in the end it's just a trick. My advice: if it's going to be a road bike or some sort of cruiser, go for it, but if you're going to be on the trail, skip that and get something THAT REALLY KEEPS THE BOTTLE ON THE FRONT WHEEL.
