Boos Maple Edge Grain Cutting Board

I have a couple of Boos boards, but after reading a couple of reviews, I was a little nervous buying this. However, it came and was perfect. The feet were on properly, no splits or cracks. I immediately treated it with the Boos cream and let it sit overnight. I haven't had it long so I can't yet vouch for longevity but if it's anything like my other Boos, with proper care, it should last a long time.

Pros

Walnut wood has natural anti-bacterial properties, reducing the risk of contamination

Cons

Not suitable for use with meat tenderizers or mallets
