Swapped coaxial cable and HDMI cable.

Although this did not improve the situation, Comcast/Xfinity failed to blame the cables for the problem; which they always do, and then quickly leave the room and say that everything is fine on their part. Coax and HDMI cables from the same seller and brand appear to be quality products. It would be nice if the coaxial cable was shorter; I already have a bird's nest of wires and cables in close proximity. Yes, I would buy both cables again at any time.
