installation was very easy - just unscrewed the old connections and screwed them on by hand - no tools that Connections don't leak. It sits a bit loose in the original mount of our awesome 2016 design impulse, but it's ok and we didn't want to risk swapping it out for the one that came with it. The metal hose lies much better/flatter than the stock plastic hose which was terribly spaced and harder/stiffer to manoeuvre. The switch is a trickle, of course, and I've found that the trickle is different for each setting - the smallest trickle occurs at the full massage setting, as water only comes out of the inner holes. I struggle a bit with the switch to turn it back on, I have to make sure my hands aren't soapy by running them under the existing trickle, but my hands have some dexterity issues. The head is made of lightweight, metal-like plastic, but the nickel-plated sleeve matches the color, looks good, and feels solid enough. Overall I'm very happy with it, just wish the switch was maybe an SPST switch/button to make it easier to turn back on.
