I bought 2 of these and they both still work like the day I bought them. The various settings are good and the hose is the most flexible I have ever used, mainly for the reason I bought my second device. I would recommend them to any Home Depot or bed bath except models, and I've tried many over the years. Pressure is good, and if you want softer feel, just push the regulator to a different setting - it even has a cut-off in the button. I would recommend it to family and friends.
