Review on Laxia Variable Over Molded Aluminum with 0-3200RPM by Jason Ballard

Not sure if it's the product or the environment but it was a Christmas present kept in the garage. We live in a humid environment, but it's winter now, so the humidity was relatively low. In February he pulled it out for the first time and the metal cartridge had already started to rust. I have a feeling there must be some kind of coating they should have applied to ward off rust.
