Not suitable for recovery therapy after palatal surgery

It says it comes with 'reusable' straws and therapy straw cups, but the straws that came with it were the plastic ones you can find in grocery stores. At least they are not reusable. I was expecting therapy straws as I received when ordering these cups before (different brand). The honey bear and tops were the same, but the straws weren't appropriate for our situation.
