HELP! I've never used a stabilizer, so a very incongruous guide with opaque letters doesn't help. I'm disappointed with this stabilizer but I think I can use it with limited features that I could use with some videos on the web. He is very strong and powerful, which helps keep him upright and stable. Well made and easy to set up phone. My iPhone 7 Plus sits fairly snugly on the mount but holds it very well when on the mount. These are wonderful things --- (you can see how ignorant I'm getting with this gadget) BTW I have a 7 Plus UPDATED 7/13/2019. I couldn't even turn the big round button on top of the button that powers not find out and use the phone rotate. 1- What is the purpose of the two-position switch (W&T) on the handle (#7)? What is the "zoom and focus slider" supposed to do? It doesn't work on my iPhone 7 Plus. I HAVE NO IDEA 2. What is the start button (#15) for? It also doesn't do anything I can see. I press it and everything stays the same. I DON'T UNDERSTAND. The Bluetooth indicator initially flashes when I turn on the gimbal but does not light up. Should it be like this? Or because of a defective LED? I CONCLUDED THAT IT WILL NOT STAY. NO ERROR, ANYWAY.3 Button #11, which turns power on and off Takes a photo with one click and starts the video with two clicks. (then why shutter button?) It's an ON/OFF button that's right when pressed for 3 seconds and one click takes a photo and two clicks starts a video. Cool - I didn't get that from the tiny manual, but I used a magnifying glass and looked closely at it and saw that on the side is a picture of a one-dot camera and two dots for a video camera picture. The instruction manual is terrible! It may be good for a person who is well versed in video recording, but not for an amateur TRIGGER: What is it for? - How do I use the application? - "W&T" TOGGLE button: I might think that W stands for in or out (zoom in and out), but it doesn't do anything I could use anymore without those features that make G a great tool to have a rating of "5".
