Review on Enhanced Volume Talking Speakerphone with Caller ID for Hearing Impaired and Seniors by Farhad Cantu

My son is blind and needs the Talking ID feature on this phone. Unfortunately we have tried everything to make it work, without success, the so-called Vivatar directly. They said the talking ID wouldn't work unless it was the ONLY phone in the household. We have several cordless phones so it won't work. I informed them that it would be nice to know BEFORE ordering! Now I have to send it back. All other features worked exactly as advertised, and we even thought the call waiting music would be nice if you need to put someone on hold. We really want the phone to work. In the future, we will first ask all questions that are not covered in the call for applications.
