Enhanced Volume Talking Speakerphone with Caller ID for Hearing Impaired and Seniors Review

My list of objections: 1. This phone is not very loud. It is very quiet.2. This phone's top-level volume control is less loud than a regular phone.3. The author of the user manual does not speak English well.4. User manual instructions have several errors.5. I will send it back as soon as possible.6. My son is blind and needs the Talking ID feature on this phone. Unfortunately we have tried everything to make it work, without success, the so-called Vivatar directly. They said the talking ID wouldn't work unless it was the ONLY phone in the household. We have several cordless phones so it won't work. I informed them that it would be nice to know BEFORE ordering! I had an original Sakar phone, exactly the same as the one I bought from you. When the device spoke the phone number, it was clear and the voice sounded pleasant. Vivatar brand Sakar changed a few things on the voicing where it doesn't sound as crisp as the first one I originally bought a few years ago.
