Less than 1 STAR! for office electronics

My list of objections: 1. This phone is not very loud. It is very quiet.2. This phone's top-level volume control is less loud than a regular phone.3. The author of the user manual does not speak English well.4. User manual instructions have several errors.5. I will send it back as soon as possible.6. The actual rating I want to give is MINUS 5 stars!
