Good value for spikes and surges!

As a utility worker in South Florida, I have always experienced many flashes of light. I needed extra protection so I installed it on the closest inlet to my powder source which was on the load side/bottom of my gauge jack. The utility offers spike protection, but for $9 a month it pays for itself in about 5 months and lasts me about 4 years! Fairly good quality with very good hard 12/10 solid copper wire 2 feet long. The only problem is that the light is very dim and you can only see it from one direction. They couldn't
