No manufacturer service support
I bought this product to use my mobile phone SIM card to create a Wi-Fi system in my house. There is a strong signal with very slow or no download speeds. I tried contacting manufacturer support but the number provided doesn't work so I emailed customer support which never got a reply. I called Revain customer service and they tried to help me but to no avail, they also called the manufacturer's service number and got the same answer, no working number.
