Firstly, the front door only goes in, not like most front entry bowls, so no matter how my cats get in, they have to climb over the top to get in out. It's ok as one of my other boxes is number one and my cats are young and don't have mobility issues so it's not a problem. The reason I give it one star is because the tray is so thin you can't even put that much junk in it, so you have to clean and refill the box almost constantly and there is a small gap between the trays. and the walls of the crate, no matter how hard I tried to connect the pieces completely, the gap remained, and every time I take out the bottom tray to clean it, on the floor behind the crate where my cats kicked it have is garbage through a small gap. This box will probably go in the trash once I find a good replacement. Wouldn't buy again.
