These braces are amazing! I just got pregnant when I started training for the New York City Marathon. In the beginning everything went well, but after two months I got pain in my hip. Although I didn't look pregnant, I could feel the mechanics of my body changing. I received this tape and returned to training with no problems. Unlike other tummy tucks I've tried, this one provides solid back support and hip stabilization. I have never experienced any pain or discomfort while running with this harness. It was a bit hot at times, but that didn't bother me. And yes, I was able to run my first New York City Marathon five months pregnant. Hooray!
