This is not a Bissell product as they are trying to convince you. All in the order of the word "authentic" and I fell for it. The listing does not include "True Bissell Calcium". It says "True Bissell Calcium". I'm assuming the calcium is real although I haven't tested it :) but it's definitely NOT a Bissell product. When installed, leaves a gap between the housing and the filter. I haven't really used the steam mop since I got it so I'll have to upgrade it if it's working or leaking. It is only half filled with granules. If I remember correctly, previous filters were full when they arrived. After a bit of research, however, it turned out that these aftermarket filters are the only game in town. Bissell no longer sells these replacement filters. I think I'm just as upset that Bissell doesn't make consumables for their product. I only bought a steam mop a few years ago (about 4 or 5) and now that the filter has run out do I need to buy a brand new mop? It's like buying a new car when the tires are worn out.
