VERY POWERFUL SCANTUL
Works as it should once you know how to use all the features of the tool. There isn't much full tutorial information on all of the features, so it will take a little while to get the hang of it. Used it to program GM modules and worked every time your laptop was set up to work with franchise specific platforms. Definitely worth every penny.
