Love the improvement! As you can see how it looked before with my property management jobs compared to what I installed with these new related jobs. You look great! I like the subtly sculpted look and the solid piece with no "pockets" or hard-to-clean crevices. Now before I glued them with caulk, I attached them to see how close I could get to the surface without leaving gaps. I used a caulking gun to apply joint compound to the entire L shaped side of the trim and I was able to glue it down without sanding anything. I recommend getting a spatula with a "triangle end". This helped give it a finished look. This purchase was cheaper than in a hardware store.
