I've had a Lemega M2+ for a few years and am very happy with it, it's in the kitchen by the sink but because it can be charged ( maybe 8 hours at full charge). ), it mostly stays there. I was thinking about getting a second M2+ for my bed so I can no longer use my phone as an alarm clock, but then I saw the IR1 for 1/3 the price but with the key features I wanted (alarm clock , Bluetooth and internet radio). . . I bought it. I almost bought a second one within an hour of arriving which is great. Powered by Micro USB and 4 AA batteries. Huge +. During the day I move it between bed, home office, laundry, and if it weren't for the weather I'd safely take it to the garage, out on the patio. The sound quality is no worse than the M2+. It's an improvement over the M2+ for a few features (no Spotify, DNLA, USB and Aux in) but I'm fine with that and the price is right. When it comes to internet radio I am drawn to it and apart from podcasts there are so many options on my phone around the world. I use the audio app COMO Control to browse and bookmark stations (as well as podcasts), a very handy app and of course nice to be able to control the device directly from my phone. All in all, great little device, great price, super portable. Will definitely buy again, either for myself or as a gift.
