Sound quality is so-so. Pts. strong bass, hum. Keeping in the ears is weak, for walking, and some non-sharp exercises, yes, they won’t fall out. But with intensive running, they will obviously fall out. (well, or my ears are like that) Included are 2 sizes of nozzles. Some hold me weak, others are too big. The quality of the plastic leaves much to be desired. Communication with the laptop falls off periodically (quite often). The microphone does not work, the opponent cannot hear me. It feels like the microphone is just not there! In general, I do not recommend.
