I have bought MANY pairs of adidas shoes and I live by the brand. When I put them on, it seemed to me that they still had a piece of cardboard inside, which is sometimes put in new shoes for packaging. Well, there wasn't anything about the shoes that wasn't meant to be, and I hope they will "dress up" and be more comfortable. I have often read reviews where customers think they are selling fake shoes and this was the first time I thought about it. I hope this is just a feature of this shoe although this is the first time I have had this problem with adidas.
