The best part is that it's free for small groups such as our team! It makes finding candidates easier than ever before since we can search by skillset or location quickly without having to sift through tons of resumes/applications (which takes forever).

I wish there was an option to upload your own resume instead of them creating one using their templates which doesn't always match what you're looking for. We've been able to find qualified talent quicker now because they have created profiles matching exactly what my clients need so no searching needed anymore.
