Review on Enhance your Trail-A-Bike experience with the innovative Back Rest attachment by Richard Orozco

I was nervous about ordering after reading several reviews that they received packages missing the metal post that should be included in the backrest but I've always had positive experiences made with Revain customer service so I went ahead and gave it a try. Just wanted to say that today 25th February 2017 I received both the backrest and support with no problems so hopefully that means they have fixed the issue. As for the product itself, it looks well made. Plenty of cushions for comfort and easy installation. Just what I needed for my own peace of mind while riding with my 3.5 year old. I took off a star for the price as it seems pretty pricey for just a piece of soft cloth and a pole but hey. It works and my kid loves it.
