UNCOMFORTABLE in play and lounge furniture

I have returned this item. I have other RIO chairs with a high seat (17 inch) and needed another one. But this one is terrible. The lacing under the seat can be felt through the seat. The bar at the front of the seat (under the hips) is painfully uncomfortable. I ordered a tall RIO with a canvas seat (no laces or frames at the front of the seat). I know this design is comfortable because of my other RIO chairs.
