Tried several cup warmers from 10w to 24w. Of course, these are clearly not 24 watts. I had an unbranded 24w mug warmer and the mug almost boiled. You can almost cook on it. This? Not even close. And yes, both are in the same environment. Same cup (same, not similar), same room, same tea and exactly the same spot on the table. Even if you lift the cup to take a sip, the number display will flash continuously until you put the cup back. Apparently this is a new feature (induction switch) that is extremely annoying when I can only turn it off or remove it. However, this cup warmer is too expensive for such an average performance. I will not recommend it. Update: I bought an 18w cup warmer, the new one is DEFINITELY more powerful than the Cosori one. I just want to send it back, unfortunately not possible.
