The device is defective
The descaling agent did little, only discolored the bucket, made the water from the blue bucket blue. The supplied descaler bottle was opened. It took forever to get out of the hot water tank. The hoses are defective and they didn't send me a replacement. I had to buy some new pump hoses and the pump was still leaking and squirting all over the place. It's easier to buy your own bucket, some vinegar, and a pump. This is a product joke. Not a good buy
