Review on Edifier R1280DB Wireless Studio Monitors - Powered Bluetooth Bookshelf Speakers with Optical Input - 4 Inch Near Field Speaker - Enhanced Wooden Grain Finish - 42w RMS by Bali ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good product for me, I was satisfied with the price.

Frequency comparison is not very clear, could be better, but excellent bass and treble. The only minor drawback: there is no way to swap the left and right channels. The essence of the problem: the power cord is on the right speaker, and the outlet is on my left. On Line-IN, the problem is solved simply - to change the tulips in places, but it will not work on optics or via bluetooth. If someone knows a simple option to swap channels on optics or bluetooth, I will be very good. thanks for the comments :) For the money, an excellent option for compact speakers.

Pros
  • Excellent sound in its price segment: excellent clear, not thumping bass, treble without squeak and chirp. A bunch of connectivity options: optics, Line-in, coaxial, bluetooth, subwoofer output. Remote control.
Cons
  • Mids could be better. Switching between input sources only from the remote control.

Different pros: Good sound, no interference. With its cons. Short power cord and non-replaceable.

The sound field expansion mode is enabled on the speakers by default. I advise you to immediately turn off the remote control. It seems to be designed to wow the first time you listen. In fact, he quickly begins to strain, makes the sound somehow artificial and with sibilants.
