The package contained a cute jar (similar to Altoids) and inside was a gray velvet drawstring jewelry pouch which contained separate pouches containing 2 earrings. I ordered 4 sets in the smallest size. Delivery was 5 stars. The silver earrings are beautiful. I really wanted to include them. That's when it became a problem. They are very thin at the hinge and the ends of the hoop are not aligned evenly. Once I managed to open them I had trouble aligning them and getting the small end into the end of the tube. It took some trial and error with tweezers to get it working; I had to bend the material a bit, and then I had to do some more work to align and snap them together. I even had to insert them backwards so the hinge was at the back and then I could see the ends to line them up (hold the narrow end with tweezers to keep it from slipping back). i really want to love you because of their appearance and packaging. Unfortunately, trying to put them in my ears, a couple of fragile hinges broke through all this hassle. The orientation, the difficulty of installing and closing them, and the broken pairs are the reason I can't give them 5 stars. I really want this, the ones in my ear are so cute.
