The ability to receive anonymous, honest comments from employees about their work environment is great! It's also easy enough that I can send out an email with questions or concerns in order not only get employee input but have them feel like they're part of something bigger than themselves (as opposed to being singled out by HR). Honestly it could use some more features - there are times when you'd really love just having one place where everyone has access so we don't all need separate login accounts/emails etc., especially if your team size gets large as ours does sometimes. We've been able to identify issues before our managers even realize anything needs attention because people come forward honestly without fear of repercussions which helps us be proactive rather then reactive in solving problems at scale across multiple locations.
