The platform is easy to use, with all of your contacts in one place! I love that it pulls directly from Salesforce so you can track everything together through our CRM system as well. So far we've had no issues using this software but if there are any questions or concerns please let us know right away because they're quick at getting back to me when something does come up - which makes sense since their team has been working closely w/ ours throughout development & implementation process :) We

I like that it is easy to use, you can create your own surveys in several languages (Spanish, English, French). It's also very flexible with different types of questions (open ended or multiple choice) and even if there are more than one answer they give you all options so you don't have to guess which option was chosen by them. The ability to receive anonymous, honest comments from employees about their work environment is great! It's also easy enough that I can send out an email with questions or concerns in order not only get employee input but have them feel like they're part of something bigger than themselves (as opposed to being singled out by HR).
