Review on πŸŽ’ Enhanced Grip and Discreet Storage: Black Diamond Gym Chalk Bag by Eric Chapman

Ultralight bag with some cool features

Looks more like an Ultralight than a Mojo Black Diamond bag (I already have a gray Mojo). As such it is much smaller than the Mojo and folds almost flat making it perfect to fit in a sling bag along with the harness and shoes. The gym chalk pouch has a new seat belt clip which is an approximately 3" x 0.5" piece of material with a sturdy button. This replaces the need to use a carabiner to attach the bag to the harness, which tickles my inner minimalist. Initially I was skeptical about the built-in chalk bag as there isn't much information about it. This inner ball/chalk pocket has velcro closure and hangs inside when sewn to the rim. It just sits in your palm (stitched next to your wrist) and can never fall out of your pocket, which is pretty neat. It spreads the chalk well, if not better than other disposable and reusable chalk balls I've used. I received a small/medium sized bag and the size of the inner chalk ball/pouch is slightly smaller than disposable chalk balls, but sufficient for many trips to the gym without refilling. The reusable chalk balls you can find with a tiny strap are too big to fit in a small/medium head room while still leaving room for your hands. Left and right in a larger textured area are small cutouts for accessories. One with brush inlet/outlet and one with security card. The orange and red black diamond brush set fits nicely in the slots, while the black diamond wood brush included in the same set still fits in the slots, albeit too big for a duffel bag. I would recommend this to any gym goer who likes a minimalist but quality bag. The listing may use images from a different angle, including a pocket clip and inner chalk pouch to make the purchase less stressful. Otherwise it was great.
