They appear to be well built and connect well at the moment. However, the jacket at the end of the DisplayPort (DP) cable is quite large and for this reason I cannot use both DP connectors as the connectors on my desktop are not designed for this size. I don't think the ports on my desktop are closer together than usual. So I bought two cables, but for now I can only use one. Another note I would like to make consistent with other reviews is that the product description could be clearer. These are passive cables, meaning if the computer's DP output doesn't handle the signal, these cables won't work. You must use an active DP adapter. The product description says (and I just double-checked to make sure) that they work both actively and passively. These cables will work if the ports on your computer have DP with two plus signs next to them (DP++). If it only has DP, then the port is most likely passive and in addition to these cables, either another cable or an adapter is needed.
