A+++++ for the price! Literally plugged in and seconds later I'm recording! I bought this so I can digitize my collection of WWF home videos so I can have them digitally as most are not on DVD or are very expensive and hard to find. I'm so excited to be cataloging all of my WWF feeds! Step 1: Connect the adapter to the USB port. I need to use an adapter because I have a new 2020 MacBook Pro. So this is the white part you see in my photos. Step 2: After plugging the adapter into the USB port, plug the Y/R/W cables into the jacks to keep your VCR connected. Step 3: Open QuickTime (Mac users should already have this installed) and go to File > New Video Capture > make sure your sources are USB 2.0 for video and audio. Step 4: Press "Play" on your VCR and if everything is ok, your VCR will start playing the tape you inserted on your computer screen. Step 5: Click the record button! And once the recording is finished, press stop and then it will ask where you want to save it! I'll upload the best tutorial video once I finish this tape I'm making right now. I don't want to restart in the middle. lol MUST BUY!
