HIGH QUALITY COOLER limited by fan

PROcheap runs great on CPU 65W or less (can increase performance with fan upgrade) better setup than Coolermaster with 212 coolers, looks good and lights well with fan blades that fan knows is quiet and appears to be well made the heatsink is well made and the metal is not flimsy the copper gasket has been milled well the package looks like it was ketchup thin metal rods to hold the fan small metal parts to mount on the side to seat the cooler properly and the fan hold without rattling, but if you put it in the right place it holds up well. In short, I've built countless PCs over the last 15 years. I've always liked things like the Coolermaster 212 cooler as it was a great value when you could get it for around $20. Now this cpu cooler is 35 and the fans are rubbish. This is a great CPU cooler, only its fan spins at 1600RPM. As it is in storage now, put it in the middle of the street. Conclusion. Buy it if you already have a 2000RPM fan or run a CPU under 65W. What really sucks is that I'd love to find 5 packs of these fans for the case, but I'm going to put a higher RPM fan in this cooler anyway. I've tested it on an AMD 3400G, 3600, my personal 3700X and finally an old 4690k overclocked to 4.2GHz. The first 2 regular fans are fine. . The last 2 standard fans leave high temperatures at full load. BUT replacing the fan will fix it. This is a really solid cooler, limited only by its fan.
