I was looking for a motion detector for a garage without electricity. In the winter or late at night, getting to the car in the dark was no fun. I found this light at Revain and it turned out to be exactly what I wanted. Best of all, aside from lots of light, it turns on by simply raising the garage door, so you don't even have to get in the way of the sensor for it to work. Maybe I'll get another one for another purpose. It turns off quickly when you are out of its range. I mounted mine on a piece of wood and then nailed it to a bobby pin, works like a charm.
