I was so excited to get this vacuum cleaner and see how it would work in my apartment. It did a great job moving furniture and going from different floors to carpets etc but never worked without the brushroll becoming clogged with cat hair and needing cleaning. The worst thing was that after 2 hours there was nothing left in the dust box. I mean nothing. He picked up almost nothing, and what he picked up he simply threw away as he moved from tile to carpet. Returning to the charging station, he did his thing and then announced that the bag was full. This is a bag that should collect the monthly junk! I check and there was nothing in it except a tiny lump. Completely empty. I tried the app again and again it said the bag was full. I checked blank. I checked the trash can. Also empty. So it was an epic failure and I'm sending it back immediately.
