This kit includes everything you need for a quick and easy screen replacement. I had to return an old iPhone but it had a cracked screen. I had a screen replaced on a family member's iPhone and knew it could be a pain so I ordered this kit with all the necessary tools plus a top speaker [microphone?] already installed. I have followed the instructions. Video in product images and all the tools I needed came in the box. The supplied screwdrivers make it easy to remove various screws. The little magnet mat was also extremely helpful for keeping track of small screws (and their position when removed from the phone). Replacing the original factory screen will help warm up the sides of the phone before attempting to separate the screen. Screenshot from the phone. I used a hair dryer for this. Also, you need to peel off the old black adhesive after removing the screen. A new adhesive is included to restore the phone to its waterproof condition. Overall, this kit has made the replacement as easy as can be. I also received the full value of my phone after checking it on the exchange. Thank you!
